W. M. Jordan Company provided Construction Management at Risk services for the Gateway II Residence Hall at Virginia State University. The facility offers mixed suites with 586 beds. Amenities include student resource rooms, two computer labs, two study lounges on each floor, two laundries on each floor, a game room, a fitness center, and a multipurpose classroom space. This project is registered with the USGBC.

W. M. Jordan used panelized wall construction to expedite construction, thereby improving construction quality with higher quality building components and schedule control. This was made possible with a thorough BIM coordination effort, supported by the entire project team, followed by proper inspections to confirm quality of installation.
