Geoff Bean named a Top Young Professional by ENR MidAtlantic

W.M. Jordan’s Geoff Bean, LEED AP, BD+C, has been named a 2018 Top Young Professional in ENR Regionals’ Top 20 Under 40 annual contest!

Geoff brings expertise with Building Information Modeling and the Virtual Design and Construction processes to W.M. Jordan Company’s most complex building projects. Geoff completed three summers during college as an intern with W.M. Jordan Company. He joined the firm full-time as a Project Engineer in 2009 upon graduating from Virginia Tech with a BS in Building Construction.

Since 2013, Geoff coordinates Building Information Models, from simple visualizations to a full-blown facility management models. He’s provided Virtual Construction Services for a variety of high-profile projects including the American Revolution Museum at Yorktown Victory Center, Riverside Regional Medical Center Additions and Renovations, Camp Lejeune Naval Hospital Additions and Renovations, Western Forensics Science Laboratory, The Main Hilton Hotel & Conference Center, The Science Museum of Virginia, VCU Gladding Residence Center I and II, the Pavilion expansion, and the Cabell Library Addition at Virginia Commonwealth University.

Currently, Geoff is providing on-site Virtual Coordination for the NASA Langley Research Center Measurement Systems Lab. He serves as President of the Tidewater Chapter of the Associated General Contractors of Virginia, and recently won an award for Outstanding Achievement as its Membership Chair.
