W. M. Jordan Company provided Design Build services for the new Acoustical Sheetmetal Company warehouse facility. This Pre-Engineered Metal Building consists of 100,000 square-feet of production offices and workshop areas  used for shipping, storage and industrial manufacturing and includes two mezzanine spaces for future office build out. The main workshop area includes two crane runways spanning 435 feet in length. The center bay has one 60-ton crane and one 30-ton crane. The adjacent bay has one 30-ton crane. Several columns are reinforced to support jib cranes provided by the Owner.

Production offices, cafeteria, and restrooms are equipped with full HVAC, lighting, and fire protection systems. The workshop area is equipped with wall and roof exhaust fans, lighting, and fire protection systems.
