W. M. Jordan Company provided construction management services to Christopher Newport University for their new Administration Building.

This nearly 30,000 square foot space provides offices for CNU administrative staff, with extra room for future expansion. The project also includes a new 96 space parking lot and paver walkways that match the rest of CNU’s campus.
