W.M. Jordan Company teamed with P.M.A. Planners and Architects to provide Design-Build services for a new Bowling Center that supports the recreational needs of Fort Lee soldiers, family members, and the surrounding military community. The facility meets divergent needs with 20 lanes for league players, ten for general patrons, and two custom lanes for young children. Patrons enjoy an 80-seat quick-service restaurant between the split house bowling lanes, a lounge, patron and bowler seating, a spacious arcade gaming area, and a private party room. Back of house areas include patron and staff restrooms, locker rooms, administrative, and areas for administration and storage.
