Andrew Chafin

Andrew Chafin began his career at W. M. Jordan Company at 19 assisting in the maintenance facility. A few years later he was selected to remake the equipment management program, managing everything from cranes to jack hammers for the entire company. This experience allowed Andrew to develop a deep insight into how systems, tools, and processes directly impact project teams and the company. He then transitioned to Enterprise Technology as part of the Support Team and was later promoted to Support Manager. His dedication, ability to execute, depth of knowledge, and leadership experience led to his selection as Director of Enterprise Technology.

In his current role, Andrew oversees enterprise technology strategy, with a focus on scalability, security, and long‑term innovation. He is responsible for directing enterprise systems, cybersecurity posture, and operational technology initiatives that support offices and jobsites across the organization.
