Holli joined W. M. Jordan Company in 2005 and has since enjoyed a career of growth and opportunity for over 20 years. Since 2012, she has been the Executive Assistant to Executive Chairman, John Lawson. In her role as Senior Executive Assistant, she supports our Executive Chairman and our WMJ Board of Directors as Assistant Corporate Secretary.
Holli has played a pivotal role in planning and executing numerous companywide events for much of her career. These include corporate anniversary celebrations, the annual WMJ Charity Golf Tournament benefiting CHKD, retirement celebrations for our WMJ Alumni, and other memorable occasions. As the Director of Corporate Events, she oversees the entire process, from conceptualization to logistics, ensuring the success of these large-scale employee events and regional fun committee gatherings. Holli’s commitment fosters camaraderie, fun, and philanthropic outreach across all our geographic regions.
Holli enjoys giving back to our company and community as Chair of the WMJ Hope Fund, Chair of the United Way of the Virginia Peninsula Emerging Leaders Society, board member of Virginia Peninsula Chamber of Commerce, and member of the American Society of Administrative Professionals (ASAP).
