Rob Beale

Vice President, Carolinas

Rob leads W. M. Jordan Company’s efforts in the Carolinas region. Rob opened the company’s Wilmington, N.C. office in 2013. The response to the company’s expertise and community involvement led to revenues exceeding $200 million in 2024. Rob has continued to oversee the expansion of W. M. Jordan's footprint in the Carolinas with the additional opening of offices in Raleigh, North Carolina, Greenville, South Carolina, and Charleston South Carolina.

Rob’s experience spans nearly every aspect of construction service delivery. He was W. M. Jordan Company’s first intern in 1995, while at Virginia Tech. Since then, Rob has taken on increasing levels of responsibility and new leadership roles. He’s fulfilled diverse roles as project engineer, project manager, estimator, project executive, office manager, and business developer. Rob has managed over 70 projects representing over $500 million in contracts.

Rob attained a Bachelor of Science in construction management from Virginia Tech. A true believer in life-long learning, he continues to develop professionally and personally. He recently completed the Harvard University Executive Education PLD program, which conferred his HBS Alumnae status in 2018. Additional education courses include the FMI Construction Executive Institute Project Executive Course, The Disney Institute for Leadership Excellence, AGC Advanced Management Program, and the Healthcare Constructor certification through the American Society of Healthcare Engineers.

Rob was the Chairman of the Association of Builders and Contractors (ABC) Carolinas chapter in 2022, where he served on the board for 6 years. He is currently actively supporting and fundraising for the Eastern Foodbank, Habitat for Humanity, and Operation Home (Charleston, S.C.).
