As Project Executive, Scott brings over 30 years of experience to W. M. Jordan and our clients over a diverse range of project sectors including Higher Education, Laboratories, Healthcare, and Senior Living. Scott has a history of concurrently directing multiple projects to successful completion through effective management and team collaboration. He continually strives to produce high quality buildings and facilities while adhering to a schedule and budget.  Scott is a results-oriented, hands-on professional with expertise in all facets of construction project management. He has a verifiable track record for the successful completion of projects through coordinating trades, developing partnerships, and building positive rapport with architects, engineers, local officials, vendors, and clients while maintaining costs. Scott is versed in contract negotiations, project estimating, constructability review, document preparation, building code and regulations, material purchasing, site management through substantial completion and occupancy.

Scott is committed to mentoring and is an active board member of the Richmond chapter of Ace Mentor having served as a Lead Mentor for the past four years.
