Jordan Company has completed 50 LEED certified projects with dozens more in progress. Our Richmond Office Building is LEED Gold certified, and stands as a testament to our commitment to Green building.

Sustainable design and construction techniques have developed and changed over time. The U.S. Green Building Council and other sustainable building certification programs continue to raise the bar to create a more sustainable built environment. Our in-house Green Advisory Board works with every project to identify and implement recognized green initiatives.  Our team includes multiple LEED® Accredited Professionals and Green Associates who are familiar with a variety of sustainable standards programs.
