Working with the Salvation Army to Brighten Spirits this Holiday Season

PROJECT TAGS:

The spirit of the holiday season is about helping others, and our Newport News office has taken that to heart! Our team continued their annual tradition of working with the Salvation Army to benefit the less fortunate in the Hampton Roads area.

Since 2005, our team has has ‘adopted’ Salvation Army Angels, working to get Stuffed Stockings and Angel Tree Gifts for the area Salvation Army.  Tammy Harris, W. M. Jordan’s chief ‘Angel Officer’, organizes the distribution and collection of gifts from our Newport News Office and Field Teams.  This year, our WMJ Elves, Sydney Galoozis and Logan Forrest, helped get everything organized.

“Participating in the Angel Tree Program is another way our team members support our community, and it gets us in the holiday spirit too! There is a lot of fun and joy in the giving of these gifts,” said Vice President of Learning and Development, Claire McCleery.

W. M. Jordan Company would like to thank everyone who stepped up and worked to make a brighter holiday season for those in need. Thank you!
