460 Commerce Center

460 Commerce Center is a $44 million, 352,000 SF state of the art cross-dock facility located in Isle of Wight, Virginia. The site sits adjacent to Shirley T. Holland Commerce Park, a 1,200-acre county-owned industrial park, home to over 1.6 million SF of buildings including Keurig Dr. Pepper, Safco Products Company, and World Market’s Virginia Distribution Center.  Located advantageously, the development will have direct access to the Port of Virginia marine terminals and provide fast access to local interstates. The 460 Commerce Center project will consist of a new light manufacturing, warehouse, and distribution building to serve the area’s less than 2% industrial vacancy rate.
