ACAC Bakers Mill

W. M. Jordan Company is providing Construction Management at Risk services for Richmond’s newest ACAC location. This renovation will turn previously existing office space into a state-of-the-art wellness center and fitness facility.  The newly converted space will feature an indoor pool, hot tub, four spa plunges, saunas, steam rooms, numerous group exercise studios, dedicated office areas and a 15,000 square-foot open gym.
