Apartments at Patriots Colony

W. M. Jordan Company provided construction management at risk services to Patriots Colony Life Plan Community in Williamsburg, Virginia. The project included the construction of three new 5-story Presidents Pavilion apartment buildings with four floors of Assisted Living units and covered parking on the ground floor of each building. In total, the project added 60 new units to the community.

The hybrid homes incorporate a traditional brick-accented exterior to blend seamlessly into Patriots Colony’s Colonial Williamsburg architecture. Three different layouts for the 60 new units feature open floor plans, a master suite with walk-in closets, and patios with covered balcony.

In addition to the new Assisted Living units, the project included the renovation and expansion of the existing maintenance building and the Bistro and Dining Room.
