W. M. Jordan Company is providing Construction Management at Risk services for the new corporate headquarters of Born Primitive, a rapidly growing, veteran‑owned athletic apparel brand founded by a former U.S. Navy SEAL. As the company expanded its product lines and customer base, Born Primitive required a larger, more efficient facility to consolidate its previously separate office and warehouse operations.

The new one‑story, 52,000‑square‑foot headquarters brings all core functions together on a single campus, supporting streamlined logistics and improved operational flow. The warehouse component features a high‑bay layout with pallet racking systems designed to maximize vertical storage capacity. An ESFR (Early Suppression, Fast Response) sprinkler system provides enhanced fire protection to support high‑density inventory storage and distribution needs.

In addition to warehouse operations, the facility includes modern office space and site development improvements that create a cohesive, efficient environment for the company’s growing team. The new headquarters strengthens Born Primitive’s ability to scale operations, improve fulfillment capabilities, and support the next phase of the brand’s national and international growth.
