Capital One West Creek Building 4 Renovations

Capital One is among Richmond’s largest private employers. W.M. Jordan Company provided construction management at risk services to renovate Building 4 on Capital One’s West Creek Campus. This project was a complete renovation of a four-story, 142,000 square foot office building. The building was gutted and replaced with new high-end finishes such as a custom-made Unika Vaev acoustic felt ceiling and custom modular furniture systems. The renovations provide Capital One staff with a high level of flexibility to support their corporate culture. This project was completed in just 5 months.
