W. M. Jordan Company is providing Construction Management at Risk services for Cardinal Development on their new multi-family development project in Blacksburg, Virginia. The project includes two apartment buildings: a six-story, 133,919 square foot building and a five-story, 75,875 square foot building, both featuring ground-level parking and retail space. The development also includes fifty, three-story townhouses, each with a private garage. Altogether, the project encompasses 296,379 square feet and offers 215 units with 493 beds across the apartment buildings and townhouses.
