OVERVIEW

W.M. Jordan Company provided Design-Build services for a new Casey Toyota dealership on an 8.5 acre green field site in Williamsburg, Virginia. The emphasis is on sales and service of Toyota products, with a secondary offering of Scion cars. The 37,000 square foot dealership includes showroom space, sales offices, and a full-service shop with three service bays.

In addition, we worked closely with Casey Auto Group to help increase their customer satisfaction in sales and service by upgrading several existing automotive dealerships across Hampton Roads. The enhancements allow Casey Auto Group to serve their customers in a contemporary, welcoming environment that meets the architectural, interior design and construction standards of the brands they offer, including BMW, Honda, Subaru, and Volkswagen.
