OVERVIEW

The E-Commerce Center offers high-security small business workplace office spaces and temperature controlled storage units of all sizes, with the added convenience of an on-site UPS Store. Beginning with the demolition of an existing gas station, W.M. Jordan provided construction services for this three-story mixed-use office, storage, and shipping facility. Office, retail, and shipping reside on the first floor, with storage on the second and third floors. The building is a tilt-up concrete panel structure supported with steel. The exterior has a modular “purple” brick veneer, recessed concrete panels, storefront and curtain wall, and aluminum airfoils or “fins” for accent. Modern interior spaces were inspired by the owner’s time spent in New York City.
