OVERVIEW

W. M. Jordan Company provided construction management at risk services for the renovation and expansion of the Food Bank of New Bern, North Carolina.

Updating the Food Bank of New Bern was necessary to keep up with the needs of the community it serves. The food bank’s two warehouse style buildings received plumbing and HVAC updates, new office space, updated load and drop off areas for trucks and an awning to provide cover between the two warehouses. Additional updates included a new sprinkler and fire alarm system and two new generators.
