Framatome Office Expansion

W. M. Jordan Company provided design-build services for the expansion of Framatome’s Mill Ridge Road offices in Lynchburg, Virginia.

This facility, featuring an executive suite, secure reception area, multiple conference rooms, space for collaboration, and a variety of office/cubicle spaces, is designed to support both executive and collaborative functions within the company.

To adhere to a tight project timeline, this project was completed in phases, allowing our team to get an early start and begin work ahead of schedule. Utilizing Lean construction principles, our team utilized software like Hoylu to maintain a highly efficient and compressed construction schedule.
