Harbor Commerce Center is a ground up development by W. M. Jordan Real Estate Development located in a Virginia Enterprise Zone.  W. M. Jordan Company provided Construction Management at Risk delivery for the two 115,500 square-feet Class A Warehouse Industrial buildings, with a gross total size of 231,000 square feet. The industrial park is conveniently located in close proximity to I-664, Newport News Marine Terminal Newport News Shipbuilding, and downtown areas of Hampton and Newport News, Virginia.

The industrial space is used for light manufacturing, assembly, distribution and related office use. Each building has 13+ trailer spaces in addition to active trailer parking alongside 60’ loading docks and 10’ dock doors.
