The Hilton Resort Hotel is a four-star quality hotel and conference center at 31st Street and Atlantic Avenue, directly on the Virginia Beach oceanfront. The resort features accommodations with panoramic ocean views and private wraparound balconies, including a penthouse suite, presidential suite, honeymoon suite, petite suites, two-bedroom villas, standard king rooms, standard double rooms, business king rooms and business double rooms. Three restaurants are included: a fine dining establishment, an Oyster Bar, and a Café on the Park. The conference center features 14,000 square feet of banquet and conference facilities including a 7,000 square foot ballroom.
