Lakewood Manor, one of four retirement communities owned and operated by Lifespire of Virginia, is located on a 68-acre wooded site in Richmond’s West End. This expansion added a three-story health care building with 128 Assisted Living Apartments, 30 new Independent Living apartments in three Villas, and 14 Independent Living cottages to the Lakewood Manor campus.
