OVERVIEW

W. M. Jordan Company provided Construction Management at Risk services for the new terminal building at the Laurens County Airport in South Carolina. This modern, two‑story, 3,195‑square‑foot facility enhances the experience for private and corporate pilots while supporting the airport’s daily operational needs.

The terminal includes dedicated offices, conference rooms, a pilot lounge, a passenger waiting area, and restrooms—creating a comfortable and efficient environment for both pilots and visitors. Designed for around‑the‑clock access, the facility supports pilots arriving at one of the region’s busiest general aviation airports, which welcomes more than 5,500 personal aircraft each year.

This project strengthens Laurens County’s aviation infrastructure and provides a welcoming gateway for travelers across the region.
