OVERVIEW

W. M. Jordan Company is providing Construction Management services for the renovation and expansion of the Collaborative HealthPlex for Liberty University.

Formerly used for the Liberty University Online School of Nursing, this project includes a full building renovation, along with the addition of a new two-story entrance, a new connector link and a new state-of-the-art imaging center. The project is designed to be turned over in phases, with the renovation opening first, followed by the imaging suite.
