Liberty University Green Hall Parking Deck

W. M. Jordan Company provided Construction Management at Risk services for the Liberty University Green Hall Parking Deck located on the North campus. The project consisted of a 71,169 square-foot, 7-story open parking deck which includes 1,500 parking spaces and a 2-story, 11,200 square foot addition for storage and office use.  The use of LEAN practices and careful planning were utilized to minimize disruption to existing facilities.
