OVERVIEW

W. M. Jordan Company provided Construction Management service for the construction of a new, 2-story medical office building (MOB 3) located on McLeod Health’s Seacoast campus in Little River, South Carolina.

MOB 3 is the first Comprehensive Cancer Center in Horry County, where all cancer treatment services are accessible in one location. Services include medical oncology, infusion (chemotherapy and immunotherapy) services and radiation oncology.  This project also included a new pharmacy, exam rooms, waiting rooms and break rooms.
