W. M. Jordan Company recently completed the interior fit‑up for Novant Health Women’s Primary Care & OBGYN at Dayfield Park, delivering a modern, patient‑centered clinical environment designed to support comprehensive women’s health services. This one‑story, 6,910‑square‑foot medical office buildout marks W. M. Jordan’s first project with Novant Health and reflects the strong partnership established with Meadows & Ohly and the project’s design team, Rush Dixon Architects.

The clinic’s layout is thoughtfully organized to enhance workflow, privacy, and patient comfort. The facility includes eight primary care exam rooms and twelve OBGYN exam rooms, each standardized for efficiency and consistency in care delivery. Specialized spaces include a non‑stress test (NST) room, equipped with a recliner and monitoring equipment, as well as dedicated procedure and ultrasound rooms, both intentionally designed without windows to support sensitive diagnostic and treatment needs.

To streamline patient intake and clinical operations, the project incorporates three triage rooms, each outfitted with sinks to support required testing. These rooms are strategically distributed across exam pods, aligning with Novant Health’s preferred layout of clustered exam spaces, triage, and adjacent restrooms to improve circulation and patient experience.

With construction completed, Novant Health Women’s Primary Care & OBGYN at Dayfield Park now provides a welcoming, efficient, and fully equipped setting for preventive care, prenatal and postnatal services, gynecologic procedures, and long‑term wellness support—advancing Novant Health’s commitment to accessible, high‑quality care for women in the Summerville community.
