OVERVIEW

W. M. Jordan Company provided Design-Bid-Build services for the renovation of Norfolk’s Arnold B. McKinnon building, previously occupied by Norfolk Southern.

Renovations included updates for the building’s new tenants, TowneBank and Children’s Hospital of the King’s Daughters. Upgrades and renovations include updated breakroom and café space, new finishes on each floor, along with updated elevator and reception areas, partitioned offices, executive suites, and space for training and storage.
