OVERVIEW

W.M. Jordan Company provided Construction Management at Risk services for the assisted living facility River Tower at Harbor’s Edge in Norfolk, Virginia. The project includes 1 building, approximately 24 stories and 527,770 square feet.

The building provides residents sweeping views of the Elizabeth River, with 147 new upscale apartments for active senior citizens.  The building also adds 75,000 square feet of new common areas, including two new restaurants, a lobby lounge and a grand hall. In addition to new apartments, the tower will also provide memory care units for residents.
