Riverside Jamison-Longford Medical Office Building

W. M. Jordan Company provided general contract services to Riverside Health System for their new Jamison-Longford Medical Office Building on their campus in Smithfield, Virginia.  The single-story facility boasts nearly 27,000 square feet of modern space, including 39 exam rooms, two procedure rooms, a laboratory, a physical therapy suite, and a variety of support spaces designed to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.

The new MOB gives access to high-quality care closer to where Riverside’s patients live, with the goal of making it easier for individuals and families to get the services they need.

The MOB was named in honor of two former Riverside physicians who made a profound impact in the Smithfield area.
