Sentara Halifax Regional Hospital & Campus Development

W. M. Jordan Company is providing Construction Management at Risk services for the new Sentara Halifax Regional Hospital and Campus Redevelopment, a transformative project that will replace the community’s existing 70‑year‑old facility. This 102,195‑square‑foot critical access hospital is designed to enhance patient care, modernize clinical environments, and support future growth for Sentara Health.

The new hospital will feature 32 patient beds and a full suite of essential healthcare services, including emergency care, imaging, surgery, central sterile processing, inpatient units, ICU, dining, and comprehensive building support services. The redevelopment also includes the demolition of the outdated existing hospital, creating space for future expansion and improving access for patients and visitors across the campus.
