South Bay Inn & Suites

South Bay Inn & Suites is Myrtle Beach’s newest water park resort, located along the famed Myrtle Beach Boardwalk. W.M. Jordan Company provided Construction Management at Risk services for this 19-story oceanfront hotel with 242 rooms and suites. The resort features waterfront views, an indoor/outdoor restaurant, two bars, a fitness center, kids’ game room and a small retail space below. Ideal for families and adults alike, the property features a pool and lazy river, in addition to its own waterpark with three 3-story water slides.

W. M. Jordan Company worked closely with the hotel and water park specialty contractor to prepare and coordinate the water park installation, which was not part of our contract.
