Springdale at Lucy Corr Village

Lucy Corr Village offers seniors a variety of services including respite care, short-term rehabilitation, dementia care, and adult day in a residential campus setting. W.M. Jordan Company provided Construction Management Services to add independent living options to the Assisted Living and Nursing Care already present. The project added 122 residential units including 14 cottages, 56 duplexes and 52 apartments, along with a community center with Bistro style dining, a pub, a coffee shop, creative arts room, fitness and exercise center and a library.
