St. Olaf Pastoral Center

W. M. Jordan Company is providing Construction Management at Risk services for a new 10,638-square-foot administrative and educational facility at St. Olaf Catholic Church in Williamsburg, Virginia. Designed to support the parish’s expanding educational mission, the new Pastoral Center will house classrooms, school administrative offices, and flexible learning spaces that strengthen the church’s ability to serve its growing community.

The project includes the demolition and reconstruction of an existing parking area, creating a more efficient layout and improved access for parishioners, staff, and students. Sitework also involves new utility connections tying into an existing private sanitary line and domestic water service.

To prepare the site for construction, the team is removing the existing basement slab and placing four feet of structural fill to establish a stable foundation system. The new facility will be wood-framed with a brick veneer exterior, blending long-term durability with the traditional architectural character of the church campus.
