OVERVIEW

The StateView Hotel is part of Marriott’s Autograph Collection, which is comprised of independent, luxury hotels and resorts, each with their own distinct personalities.

The hotel sits on the shore of Lake Raleigh, adjacent to the N.C. State University Alumni Center and across from the Lonnie Poole Golf Course. It features 164 guestrooms and suites, a signature restaurant and bar with private dining, fully-equipped business and fitness centers as well as an outdoor pool and reception area.

In addition, the StateView Hotel also offers more than 22,000 sq. ft. of first class, high-tech meeting and function space as well as outdoor event terraces. StateView achieved USGBC LEED® Silver certification for sustainable design and construction.

The building is five and one-half stories tall, with four levels of guestrooms. The ground level fitness center opens to an outdoor pool and terrace designed as an integral part of the landscape and existing character of the site. The project includes 267 on-grade terraced parking spaces.
