OVERVIEW

W. M. Jordan Company is providing Construction Management at Risk services for the reconstruction of Virginia Peninsula Community College’s Templin Hall.

The project consists of a 50,000 square foot new performance hall for VPCC. This building replaces a previous facility that encountered a structural failure which caused a partial collapse. The new facility will be similar in size and shape and include new theatrical performance equipment, audio visual equipment and newer finishes throughout to include seating, flooring, wood paneling and acoustical paneling.
