Smith/Packett Med-Com, LLC is a leader in integrated market place solutions serving the senior housing development and care services industry. W.M. Jordan Company has built eight senior housing projects for the firm from Virginia Beach to Blacksburg.

The Crossings at Blacksburg is a new Assisted Living Community with 68 assisted living units, 22 memory care units, dining and activity spaces, a full size commercial kitchen, and large bistro area with fireplace. The project features two patio areas for residents and families to enjoy with an outdoor kitchen. The facility also includes support spaces for medical, marketing, and operational staff.
