This seven‑story, 186‑key boutique hotel will join Marriott’s Tribute Portfolio, bringing a distinctive, art‑forward hospitality destination to the heart of the Triangle.

The 138,280‑square‑foot property is designed to offer an elevated guest experience through a blend of curated amenities and immersive cultural elements. Highlights include 6,000 square feet of flexible event space, a resort‑style pool, and a culinary theater crafted for interactive cooking demonstrations and private dining events. Dedicated spaces for live music and rotating art exhibits further reinforce the hotel’s creative identity.

• Barouk, an Eastern Mediterranean restaurant featuring terrace seating and a dramatic LED‑lit monument stairway entrance
