W. M. Jordan Company has been selected by The Meridian Group (TMG) to deliver The Ridge, a new two‑phase multifamily community located off River Road in Greenville, South Carolina. Phase 1 of the development includes 250 multifamily units thoughtfully planned across a 70‑acre site, marking the first step in a larger residential vision that will continue with townhome construction in Phase 2.
