The Waterfront Phase 3

W. M. Jordan Company recently completed The Waterfront – Phase 3, a new addition to the luxury riverfront community on Daniel Island. Located along the Wando River, this vibrant mixed‑use neighborhood offers residents access to a waterfront park, local retail, and a private marina, creating a walkable and amenity‑rich coastal lifestyle.

Phase 3 includes two condominium buildings — Plover and Whimbrel — totaling 99,191 square feet. Constructed with a combination of structural metal stud framing and concrete, each building features ground‑floor parking, a podium slab, and three stories of residences above. Together, they provide 30 luxury homes ranging from 1,300 to 2,400 square feet, designed with spacious layouts, modern finishes, and elevated views that embrace waterfront living.

W. M. Jordan Company partnered closely with East West Partners, with architectural design by McMillan, Pazdan, Smith and civil engineering by Thomas & Hutton, to bring this phase to life.
