W.M. Jordan Company provided preconstruction and construction services for LSC Trinity Landing in Wilmington, NC. This independent living development project overlooks the Intracoastal Waterway and includes wood-framed multi-story apartment homes, two-story villas, and a waterfront pavilion and boat dock.

The 514,426 SF community spans two campuses, offering resort-like amenities including multiple restaurant venues, salon/spa, media center, beer garden, concierge services, state-of-the-art Wellness Center, and outdoor walking paths.
