VERVE Columbia Student Housing

W. M. Jordan Company is providing construction management services for Subtext’s brand-new VERVE Columbia student housing community.

This four-story building is just two blocks from the University of South Carolina campus. It sits on the pedestrian-friendly corner of Blossom & Huger Streets,  sitting right next door to Founders Park, home to the South Carolina Gamecocks baseball team.

The building is a mix of studio, one-, two-, three-, four-, and five-bedroom suites. VERVE Columbia features over 16,000 square feet of shared spaces, including outdoor sports courts, an entertainment lounge, a content creation studio,  various study environments, and private conference rooms. VERVE also includes a pool courtyard, with cabanas and grilling stations, as well as a full-service gym.
