Veterans Affairs Hampton Roads Community Based Outpatient Clinic

W. M. Jordan Company provided Construction Management at Risk services for the new Hampton Roads Community Based Outpatient Clinic, located on the Chesapeake Regional Hospital campus.

This project brings medical services to veterans on the south side of Hampton Roads, saving them time and effort traveling to receive their treatment.

Sitting on nearly 25 acres, the new medical clinic provides outpatient services for primary care, mental health, and eye clinic services as well as new specialty imaging services. The project also includes associated parking areas as well as landscaping and hardscaping.
