OVERVIEW

W. M. Jordan Company provided design-build construction services for the brand-new Virginia Peninsula Community College Newport News Trades Center in downtown Newport News, Virginia.

The new workforce development center includes offices, classrooms, shop spaces, common areas, and a lobby area for skilled trades training and instruction, supporting further growth in the City of Newport News and the greater Hampton Roads area. The Newport News Trades Center provides additional opportunities to meet the workforce needs of local manufacturing and maritime industries.
