OVERVIEW

W. M. Jordan Company is providing Construction Management at Risk Services to Williamsburg Landing for their new Anchor Cove neighborhood! This project will add 77 independent living units and new amenities to the rapidly growing life plan community of Williamsburg Landing.  The independent living units will be made up of 29 one-story villa style homes that will have a total of 48 units. In addition to the independent living units, a new community center that features a 300-seat theatre, dining room art studio and music rooms will be included in the project.
