Williamsburg Landing Anchor Cove Expansion

W. M. Jordan Company provided General Contracting services for the Anchor Cove Expansion at Williamsburg Landing, a multi‑phased project designed to enhance and grow this premier life plan community. The 157,028‑square‑foot expansion introduces new independent living options and vibrant amenity spaces that support resident engagement, wellness, and connection.

The project adds 39 independent living units, thoughtfully arranged across a variety of residential styles. These include 24 one‑story terrace homes, three two‑story terrace homes, and a four‑story villa‑style building featuring 12 units and an integrated parking garage. Each residence is designed to blend comfort, accessibility, and modern living within the natural beauty of the Williamsburg Landing campus.

In addition to the new homes, the expansion includes a dynamic community center that serves as a central hub for resident activity. This facility features a 300‑seat theater, dining room, art studio and gallery, music rooms, and a variety of flexible spaces that support lifelong learning, creativity, and social engagement.
