As Project and Asset Manager, Bryan’s project development experience has involved the relocation and management of the Newport News Public School’s Service Center for Operations and Transportation, and the ongoing and complex development of both Tech Center Research Park and Harbor Commerce Center Warehouse. Bryan manages large commercial and land assets that include maintaining physical operations of approximately 1 million SF of leased space, the internal and external aspects of operation, leases and maintenance, as well as the life-cycle of tenant improvement projects.
Bryan started his career with W. M. Jordan in 2016, bringing 10 years of prior public sector experience with the City of Newport News Economic Development Authority that included Public/Private partnerships such as the City Center at Oyster Point. A University of Virginia graduate, with a Master of Public Administration from Old Dominion University, Bryan comprehends the intricate needs between municipalities, development partners, contractors and clients making him a valued team member.
Bryan serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Smart Beginnings, Virginia Peninsula. He is also a member of the Virginia Peninsula Chamber, Hampton Roads Association of Commercial Real Estate, and the Virginia Economic Development Association.
