Clients look to Michael for his wealth of experience, sharp business acumen and his deep commitment to excellence. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Colorado State University and a master’s in business administration from the College of William and Mary.

Michael’s broad range of experience in the construction industry includes roles as an estimator, preconstruction manager, project manager, and project executive, each contributing to his comprehensive understanding of the field. His leadership skills are evident in his ability to guide teams and projects to success. He is particularly focused on the value proposition and maintaining high standards of excellence for every project.

Active in the community, Michael is well-rooted and continually seeks ways to improve the community around him. He has served as the chairman of the Virginia Associated Builders and Contractors, is a member of the Associated General Contractors of Virginia, and a member of the Design Build Institute of America. As a servant leader, Michael shares his knowledge and talents with his neighbors in several capacities. He has also served as the president of the Virginia Peninsula Food Bank board and currently chairs the Finance Committee on the board of An Achievable Dream Academy. Michael remains highly active in various local initiatives, demonstrating his deep commitment to community improvement.
