Adjacent to the Jefferson Lab and minutes from NASA’s Langley Research Center, Tech Center Research Park provides the city of Newport News with a world-class, 100-acre corporate research park and supporting amenities. Tech Center features 1.1 million square feet of research and office space, 300,000 square feet of multifamily residential space and apartments, fitness facilities, and 250,000 square feet of retail outlets.
With 10 planned buildings, workers will have access to walking and bike trails, fitness clubs, gathering spots, and restaurants. The Research Park offers space for visionaries to connect and innovate, as well as a central green gathering space on the campus. Building One features a two-story open-air lobby with a monumental staircase and high-speed internet service. The building offers co-working space through tenant Gather for collaboration with open offices, individual offices, conference rooms and a café. Building Two broke ground in October and is currently pre-leasing.
